Dear all,
I've been invited to a job interview with a reputable, global organisation. I really want this job. I know I will need Xanax to control my anxiety levels, but I just don't know HOW MUCH to take for it to be effective. How much are you guys taking in order for it to be worthwhile? Please advise me! |

Thank-you, Chris.
It frustrates the HELL out of me that my mates are all doing so well career wise and here I am, 37 y.o, and not progressing any further in my career. I have big dreams and career aspirations, yet, having this dreaded stutter is going to be a significant hurdle for me ![]() No-one out there is going to hire a professional who stutters... EVERY job ad these days wants excellent communications and presentation skills

1 mg to 1 and a half.
And no, you won't black out and forget everything, that's just nonsense. 2mg will make you too sleepy, that's all |

Xanax just gives you the relaxation of being drunk without the actual drunken feeling. That doesn't make sense but people who take it will know what I'm talking about.

No really, if you take to much you act like a sleepy idiot and loose all recolection of what you did after it kicks in. I had a friend who was addicted to these things and he would do the stupidest stuff like crash into a parked car driving and forgot everything lol. Belive me, you dont want to take to much.

If you never took Xanax before, I'd start with .25 to .50 mg. I've been on 1 mg Xanax XR for over 3 years now(5 days a week). Helps greatly at work. Reduces anxiety levels which reduces my blocking greatly. Good luck.
